Professional notary services delivered directly to your location. We handle the signing and witnessing of legal documents, including affidavits, deeds, and contracts, with convenience and accuracy. (mileage and fees apply)

Cancellation Policy

At LJA People Partners, we value your time and ours. We understand that schedules can change and unexpected circumstances may arise. We simply ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be documented as a late cancellation. There is no cancellation fee; however, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling availability. All consulting sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or via email at LJAPeoplePartners@gmail.com. Clients may select from available services, including hourly consultations, project-based packages, or retainer plans. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Confidentiality All consulting sessions are confidential. Client information and business matters discussed will not be shared or disclosed without written consent.

I am the founder and principal consultant of the firm, bringing over a decade of hands-on human resources experience supporting organizations ranging from large corporations to start-ups and small to mid-size businesses.

My professional background is supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), providing me with a strong foundation in both people strategy and business operations. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with leadership teams to navigate complex HR challenges, ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations, and build effective, people-centered workplaces.

What drives my work is a genuine commitment to helping businesses and individuals succeed. I understand firsthand the pressures business owners face when managing people while trying to grow an organization, and I take pride in offering practical, compliant, and scalable HR solutions that reduce risk and bring clarity to decision-making.
