I am the founder and principal consultant of the firm, bringing over a decade of hands-on human resources experience supporting organizations ranging from large corporations to start-ups and small to mid-size businesses.

My professional background is supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), providing me with a strong foundation in both people strategy and business operations. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with leadership teams to navigate complex HR challenges, ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations, and build effective, people-centered workplaces.

What drives my work is a genuine commitment to helping businesses and individuals succeed. I understand firsthand the pressures business owners face when managing people while trying to grow an organization, and I take pride in offering practical, compliant, and scalable HR solutions that reduce risk and bring clarity to decision-making.

In addition to supporting businesses, I am passionate about professional empowerment. I work directly with individuals to strengthen resumes, prepare for interviews, and build confidence through coaching and mentoring—helping them take the next step in their careers with purpose and confidence.
